Project Title: Designs of electrically conductive and ionic superaerophobic coatings for improving electrochemical water splitting: A universal approach to maximize catalyst’s performance
Job Description
Applications are invited for an Offline interview for the following post(s) in the project entitled, “Designs of electrically conductive and ionic superaerophobic coatings for improving electrochemical water splitting: A universal approach to maximize catalyst’s performance” at the Department of Chemistry, IIT Guwahati.
IIT Guwahati Chemistry JRF Eligibility
Qualifications: For this IIT Guwahati Chemistry JRF, candidates must have an M.Sc or equivalent and higher degree in Chemistry, with specialization in Physical, Inorganic, Organic and Polymer Chemistry. Candidates must be GATE or CSIR-UGC NET qualified. Priority will be given to candidates with prior research experience in polymer chemistry and nanomaterials.
Salary
- Pay Amount: Rs. 37000
- HRA: Rs. 7400
- Medical: Rs. 1250
- Total Amount: Rs. 45650
Additional Information
Candidates are also required to appear for the Offline Interview scheduled on 05 November 2026 (Thursday) at 11:30 AM. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via E-mail on 04 November 2026 (Wednesday).
Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview.
No campus accommodation will be available for the selected candidates.
No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the test and interview.
