Job Description:
Jubilant Ingrevia Limited is looking for a Trainee Research Associate to support R&D activities related to formulation development and process optimization. The incumbent will assist in formulation trials, product evaluation, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and technical documentation while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role is suited to applicants seeking MSc Chemistry Jobs in formulation development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Formulation & Development team in the execution of ingredient compatibility studies, negative studies, and formulation evaluations.
- Conduct hold-time studies, feasibility batch manufacturing, and validation batch execution.
- Participate in process optimization studies and stability batch preparation, monitoring, and testing.
- Support formulation scale-up activities and troubleshooting during development.
- Maintain calibration, qualification, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of raw materials and laboratory consumables.
- Prepare technical reports, study summaries, and adhere to laboratory safety guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or M.Pharm.
- 0-2 years of experience in Formulation & Development, Research & Development, or Product Development.
- Fresh postgraduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or industrial training are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Specialty Ingredients industries will be preferred.
