Job Description
The Associate – Operations will be responsible for carrying out manufacturing operations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, ensuring the readiness of the facility, and monitoring production activities. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards, contributing to a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out manufacturing operations in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and Data Integrity policy.
- Ensuring readiness of the facility and handling shift activities.
- Monitoring and controlling production operations.
- Coordinating the preparation of master documents required for production.
- Following HPAPI containment procedures and occupational exposure control requirements.
- Complying with EHS policies, permit-to-work systems, and safe operating procedures.
- Participating in risk assessments, emergency response drills, and safety initiatives.
- Ensuring contemporaneous documentation during batch execution.
