Job Overview:

This Chemical Research Job is for the position of Senior Research Associate – Chemical Research at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited in Bharuch. Reporting to the Associate Director – Chemical Research, the selected candidate will carry out laboratory experimentation while

following safety guidelines. The role focuses on process improvement, cost reduction, plant support and other continuous improvement activities. Applicants should possess a Master’s in Organic Chemistry and 2–5 years of R&D experience within the fine chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Reduction and Process Improvement of Existing Products:
    • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process optimizations for existing products.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Drive continuous improvement on key projects to maintain cost competitiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve product quality.
  • Data Entry and Document Preparation:
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all R&D activities.
