Job Description
The selected candidate for the quality assurance job will provide essential support to the manager in managing all Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) relations. Responsibilities include overseeing Quality Management Systems, handling complaints, deviations, and change controls, as well as following up on supplier audits and qualification systems. The candidate will also support the EU Quality team in relation to European Medicines
Agency (EMA) requirements and oversee quality tracker metrics of the European Aurobindo affiliates.Key Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Management Systems including Complaints, Deviations, PQR, Change Controls, and CAPAs.
- Follow up on Supplier audits and qualification systems.
- Support the EU Quality team regarding EMA requirements.
- Oversee Quality tracker metrics for European Aurobindo affiliates.
- Assist in performing audits of European Aurobindo affiliates.
- Carry out other duties as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical Quality Assurance or GxP environment.
- Basic knowledge of EU GxP requirements and Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with quality processes such as deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and complaints is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues across different countries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with electronic Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
