Job Overview:
PI Industries Careers has announced Research Scientist Chemistry Jobs within its Discovery Chemistry division. The selected candidate will design and conduct scientific experiments, analyze research findings, and contribute to the discovery and pre-development of innovative molecules for crop protection and crop growth. The position
involves synthetic chemistry, literature review, scientific documentation, experimentation, intellectual property support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary research teams while ensuring laboratory safety and research excellence.Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfill requirements set by the Group Leader and Team Leader within specific research projects.

- Support the Team Leader with target setting and seek functional feedback.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MSc/PhD in Organic/Analytical Chemistry from a reputed university.
- Post-doctoral research experience is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Good experimentalist with 1-7 years of industry experience.
- Experience in discovery, process, or development chemistry.
- Strong scientific knowledge and research approach.
- Proficient in data analysis and experimentation skills.
