This BSc Chemistry Job is suitable for candidates seeking Chemistry Jobs or a Chemical Engineering Job in the manufacturing sector. The selected candidate will perform laboratory
analysis of water, oil, flue gas, and bulk chemicals, monitor plant performance, optimize chemical dosing, maintain laboratory compliance, and support plant operations through technical recommendations and analytical reporting.Responsibilities
- Conduct routine analysis of water, oil, LOI, flue gas, bulk chemicals, and mill performance.
- Report laboratory results accurately and within the scheduled timeline.
- Escalate abnormal trends immediately.
- Maintain laboratory logbooks and LIMS records.
- Ensure laboratory testing compliance as per approved schedules.
- Optimize chemical dosing and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, stores, and laboratory teams.
- Monitor equipment health and maintain laboratory standards.
- Ensure laboratory waste disposal according to SOPs.
- Follow PTW, PPE, HSE, MSDS, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry, Diploma, Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience.
