Key Responsibilities
- Conduct first-level review of Colgate raw materials and recipes within established timelines.
- Support data governance activities related to master data and recipe management.
- Provide security access roles for PDP, DMS, PPM, and LIMS systems after due diligence.
- Route Human Use Protocols (HUP) through SAP-DMS to designated reviewers.
- Support administrative activities within the Veeva platform.
- Route Adverse Events (AE) to the Pharmacovigilance team for evaluation.
- Provide technical support to more than 2,000 PDM end users through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Assist with PDM data cleansing, recipe obsolescence activities, and database searches.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements
Qualification: Postgraduate in Chemistry
Preferred Knowledge
- Strong foundation in basic chemistry concepts.
- Exposure to SAP database management and system administration.
- Understanding of scientific data management processes.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management concepts.
