Key Responsibilities
- Support process development trials & scale-up activities
- Perform reaction monitoring & process optimization
- Assist in technology transfer from R&D to Production
- Handle lab-scale synthesis and troubleshooting activities
- Work closely with Production, QA & EHS teams during development
- Troubleshoot process-related issues impacting yield, quality & efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation related to experiments, observations & development activities
Desired Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Process R&D within the API / Pharma / Specialty Chemicals industry
- Good understanding of process chemistry, scale-up & reaction handling
- Exposure to cGMP, safety, and documentation practices preferred
- Bengaluru-based candidates or immediate relocation preferred
