Job Overview:
Caldic is looking for technically skilled professionals for Production Supervisor roles at its Powder Blending Plant. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end production activities, workforce allocation, GMP compliance, blending operations, plant maintenance, and process efficiency. Candidates with experience in food or pharma-grade production facilities and expertise in shop-floor operations are encouraged to apply for these production jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for end-to-end production operations, ensuring output and quality targets.
- Handle recipe preparation and operation of powder/liquid blending machines.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Handle plant & equipment maintenance, including ETP operations.
- Handle workforce allocation, training, and productivity improvement.
- Drive process optimization, reduce wastage, and monitor KPIs.
- Ensure Compliance to Quality plus Safety Standards & processes.
- Responsible for Housekeeping, cleanliness & upkeep of Production Floors & equipment.
Educational Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Engineering / Chemical Science.
- 3-5 years of experience in Food or Pharma-grade production facilities.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on expertise in blending operations and plant maintenance in a GFSI & GMP Certified establishment.
- Hands-On person capable of managing end-to-end production functions & directly operating equipment & processes.
