Jobs, the position focuses on production efficiency, safety (EHS), quality standards, and smooth plant operations in a structured industrial environment.Duties and Responsibilities:
- To carry out day-to-day production activities for producing admixtures, resin, and Powder Products.
- To carry out production activity in shifts (1st & 2nd Shift).
- To maintain good standards of safety and ensure product quality, shop floor housekeeping and discipline at the plant.
- To ensure the correct charging of Raw Materials to the Mixer / Blenders as per the process order.
- To ensure cleaning of filters on the product line and cleaning of blenders as and when required.
- To ensure the unloading / Loading of Raw material/ Finished goods into the tank/tanker.
- To cross-check printed labels to paste on the finished Goods.
- To support EHS by Reporting Near misses / Hazard Hunts regularly to improve safety standards. To strictly follow the systems and procedures as per ISO 9001 and 14001.
Main Tasks:
- Raw material charging.
- Collecting a sample for QC testing.
- Monitoring batch production and communicating with the Production supervisor.
- Working collaboratively with others to achieve the production plan.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or any Degree, preferably with work experience in the Chemical or any other similar industries.
- Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing.
