At Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services, we are looking for a visionary Computational Chemistry & AI/ML Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru.
This isn’t just about “crunching data” – it’s about building the platforms that
accelerate target identification and de novo design for the next generation of therapeutics.What You’ll Do:
- Innovate: Develop and implement ML models for target identification, virtual screening, ADMET modeling, and hit-to-lead optimization.
- Collaborate: Partner with medicinal chemists and biologists to turn AI/ML insights into actionable drug discovery results.
- Build: Design, develop, and maintain our proprietary AI/ML platforms to streamline project delivery.
- Lead: Manage data-driven projects and communicate strategic findings to internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
- Academic Excellence: A Ph.D. in Computational/Medicinal Chemistry, Bio/Cheminformatics, or AI/ML.
- Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience applying Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs) to biological data.
- Tech Stack: Expert-level Python and deep familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Domain Knowledge: Real-world experience with structure-based and ligand-based drug discovery methods.
