and Technology (DST), Govt. of India sponsored project “Advancing the concept of electrochemical water oxidation on bimetallic redox-active catalysts: From understanding kinetic-mechanistic aspects to resolving the activity-stability trade-off”.- Position: Junior Research Fellow at IISER Bhopal
- Project Description: The project involves the synthesis of bimetallic nanomaterials, characterization by several advanced techniques, and operando spectroelectrochemical experiments for understanding the mechanistic details with the material’s performance for heterogeneous electrochemical water oxidation/oxygen evolution reaction (OER).
- Supervisors: Dr. Subhasis Shit and Prof. Amit Paul, Department of Chemistry
- Duration: Initially for 1 year (Extendable upon satisfactory performance)

- Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Chemistry with a good academic record and at least one national-level qualification (UGC-JRF/CSIR-JRF/NET-LS/valid GATE score, etc.).
- Age: Candidates should preferably be below 28 years of age.
- Salary: Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000 p.m.
