- BE in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
- Experience in reactor mapping, PFD preparation, and costing sheets.
- Exposure to multiproduct/CDMO production planning.
- Knowledge of QA and QC processes in production environments.
- Proactive approach with excellent inventory management skills.
- Familiarity with the SAP PP module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production planning and scheduling based on BCF & BCT.
- Map reactors and prepare process flow diagrams (PFD).
- Prepare costing sheets and manage inventory for RM, FG, and recovered solvents.
- Handle multiproduct/CDMO production planning efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, QA, QC, Store, Marketing, Purchase, and R&D.
- Track solvent/catalyst recovery in real-time and implement improvements.
- Convert six-month plans into detailed micro-level action plans.
- Identify productivity enhancement opportunities and lead debottlenecking initiatives.
- Anticipate and resolve production-related challenges proactively.
- Utilize the SAP PP module for planning and inventory management.
