- Support product development and IP activities using expertise in chemistry, organic chemistry, and pharmaceutics.
- Conduct patent and literature searches on free and paid platforms.
- Identify and evaluate patent filing opportunities for NCEs, formulations, polymorphs, salts, and methods of use.
- Prepare detailed Patent Landscape Reports.
- Apply patent laws across India, USA, Europe, and semi-regulated markets to guide IP strategy.
- Prepare patent clearance / Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) reports during product development.
- Conduct prior art, patentability, novelty, invalidation, and infringement analyses.
- Draft patent applications and office action responses; assist in prosecution across jurisdictions.
- Provide end-to-end IP support by analyzing and interpreting relevant prior art.
- Monitor competitor patent filings to assess risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for patent invalidation and litigation support.
Skills Required for IPR API Formulation Job Role:
