About the Position
The EES Lab at IIT Hyderabad seeks highly motivated research associates/postdoctoral fellows to contribute to groundbreaking Sodium-ion battery technology. The Research Associate Job role is primarily experimental, and needs Postdoctoral Fellow focusing on:

Process development for Sodium-ion battery cathodes and anodes, structural and physical characterizations

Electrode manufacturing techniques, full-cell assembly, and pouch-cell fabrication

Performance testing, electrochemical evaluation, and postmortem analysis

Scale-up materials synthesis approach based on best electrochemical performance

Essential Qualifications for Research Associate Job
- Postdoctoral Fellow in Chemistry / Materials Science & Engineering

Doctoral research focused on energy storage devices (Li/Na-ion batteries)

Hands-on expertise in:

Scalable synthesis and manufacturing methods

Electrode preparation

Full-cell fabrication, including pouch-cell assembly

- Proven research excellence with a minimum of 6 first-author publications
- Age Limit: 35 years (reliable based on experience and applicable provisions)
- Appointment Period: 12 Months (extendable based on performance)
Salary & Benefits for Research Associate Job Role
