Job Overview
We are looking for Fresher or Experienced QC Executives to join our Quality Control team. The role involves ensuring consistent product quality, compliance with standards, and supporting process improvements across the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine QC tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per defined standards.

Maintain accurate QC records, documentation, and reports.

Ensure compliance with ISO/ASTM/EN standards and company SOPs.

Report deviations, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective/preventive actions.

Collaborate with R&D and production teams to drive quality improvements.

Operate and maintain lab equipment safely and effectively.
Requirements

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Plastics, Chemical, or related field.

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in Masterbatch/Polymer/Plastic industry will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of QC testing methods and laboratory equipment.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards.

Willingness to work in shifts and follow safety protocols.
