Job Description
Novonesis is seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Executive Production for its Palghar facility. This role involves supporting continuous improvement in production processes, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring seamless manufacturing operations aligned with GMP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and process efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Perform production activities like material issuance, upstream and downstream processing.
- Carry out all manufacturing activities with the highest GMP standards.
- Follow and maintain the manufacturing schedule provided by the department In-Charge.
- Maintain all manufacturing documents as per GMP requirements.
- Keep accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation.
- Apply knowledge of GDP in all operations.
- Monitor calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of instruments, equipment, and areas as required.
- Ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and safety standards in the manufacturing area.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Assist in planning and executing daily production activities as per schedule.
Qualifications
- BE in Chemical, B.Tech, or Pharmacy
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic understanding of production processes and machinery
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
