Job Description
This Hillenbrand Graduate Engineer Trainee position is a full-time on-site role located in Noida at Coperion. The graduate engineering trainee should have good communication skills and the ability to execute work plans in close coordination with the reporting head. The trainee will undergo an apprenticeship/training for the first 12 months, with the potential for confirmation based on performance and manager feedback.
Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in the engineering profession and project execution.
- Support seniors in engineering processes.
- Engage in data sheets, process engineering, project reports, procurement updates, and dispatch planning.
- Travel to production and customer sites as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Required Skills
- Completed technical studies or educated technician.
- Knowledge in mechanical/chemical engineering and basic process technology.
- Experience in order handling within the plant engineering industry, especially for the processing industry.
- Good English skills in writing and reading.
- Technically and economically minded.
- Solution-oriented and flexible.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
