About the Job
As an API Process R&D Scientist, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing journals and patents to support research.
- Conducting feasibility studies, process optimization, and lab validations.
- Executing technology transfer to the plant and evaluating reaction parameters.
- Interpreting analytical and spectral data to ensure quality and compliance.
- Preparing technical reports, QbD documentation, DMF filing reports, and justification reports.
- Supporting scale-up batches for reproducibility.
- Ensuring lab safety and process safety at all stages of work.
Qualifications Required
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- 3–5 years of experience in API process research & development
