Job Description
CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB), Kolkata, is hiring for the position of Project Associate-II under the project “Phenome India – CSIR Health Cohort knowledgebase [HCP-47]”. The engagement is temporary and co-terminus with the project. The tenure will continue up to 31st March 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing project-related research activities under Phenome India .
- Handle human samples and analyze clinical data.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with research teams and contribute to scientific findings.
Qualifications
- Essential: M.Sc. in Biological Sciences, M.Pharm, or MBBS with two years of research experience.
- Desirable: Experience in handling human samples and analyzing clinical data.
- Age Limit: 35 years (with applicable relaxations as per CSIR guidelines).
Additional Information
- Stipend: ₹35,000/- plus HRA (with NET/NET(LS)/GATE/Equivalent) OR ₹28,000/- plus HRA (without NET/NET(LS)/GATE/Equivalent).
- Interview Date & Time: 26th August 2025, reporting between 09.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.
