Key Responsibilities:
- Formulation development of solid oral and liquid dosage forms for various markets.
- Execute scaling-up and technology transfer of developed products.
- Prepare documentation for technology transfer and development activities.
- Develop tablets and capsules for regulated markets.
- Operate a wide range of formulation equipment.
- Monitor stability studies of development and validation batches as per ICH guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Prepare SOPs, Process Validation Protocols (PVP), and Reports.
- Prepare regulatory documents (DCGI): BMR/BPR/PVP/PVR/PDR.
- Conduct formulation trials to address regulatory queries.
- Daily monitoring of Temperature & RH in raw material store.
- Assist in process validation studies.
- Review calibration data, cleaning logs, and equipment usage logs.
- Ensure equipment calibration/validation status and coordinate with QA for logbook issuance.
- Conduct stability studies for in-process and finished dosage forms as per ICH guidelines.
- Take on additional responsibilities as per organizational needs.
