BPharm/MPharm R&D Executive Job – Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Master BMRs/BPRs and manage tech transfer documentation
- Coordinate with RA, QA, QC, Manufacturing, Warehouse & Engineering for scale-up/exhibit batches
- Review GMP documents and initiate change controls related to process development
- Support equipment selection and exhibit batch execution
- Analyze CPPs and CQAs to optimize formulation parameters
- Provide process feasibility and batch size inputs to formulation scientists
- Ensure timely material readiness for scale-up and exhibit activities
- Engage directly with hands-on scale-up/exhibit batch execution
- Exposure to infusion bag injectable dosage forms will be an added advantage
- Additional responsibilities as guided by the HOD
BPharm/MPharm R&D Executive Job – Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B. Pharmacy or M. Pharmacy
- Experience: Preferred prior exposure to injectable dosage forms, especially infusion bag technology
- Skills: Strong coordination, documentation, and understanding of GMP, change control, and process optimization
