Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage R&D projects from development to scale-up.
• Plan experimental designs, allocate resources, and oversee execution.
• Review and interpret data; ensure scientific accuracy and timely reporting.
• Guide junior scientists and executives; provide technical mentorship.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with QA, QC, RA, and Production teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines) and documentation readiness.
• Oversee technology transfer to manufacturing and support validation activities.
• Drive innovation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and support regulatory submissions.
Key Skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes
• Familiarity with instruments like HPLC, dissolution apparatus, etc.
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO, etc.)
