Job Responsibilities

To follow the safety rules in the premises according to the company norms.

To ensure timely completion of SOPs training and on-the-job trainings related to production department as Pharma Executive.
-
To review and maintain the training-related logbooks in the department.
-
To coordinate new joiners for internal and cross-functional trainings in collaboration with relevant departments.
-
To coordinate with QA documentation cell for document issuance and submission of completed documents.
-
To prepare SOP index, Equipment index, and Format index as per QA001, QA007, and QA002 frequencies as Pharma Executive.
-
To update the Schedule Manager for SOP activities (including SOP effective dates).
-
To upload SOPs in AIMS (Amneal Information Management Software).
-
To close the training record of employees who have left the organization.
-
Preparation of cGMP planner for contractual employees in the production department.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance Responsibilities:
-
Operation and cleaning of the visual inspection table and Lux meter as Pharma Executive.
-
Operation and cleaning of Automatic Visual Inspection and X-Ray Inspection machines.
-
Perform visual inspection of media-filled vials or PFS as per SOP.
-
Maintain cleanliness in the visual inspection area.
-
Monitor DP, RH, and temperature in visual inspection and packing areas.
-
Maintain BMRs and logbooks in compliance with cGMP and SOPs as Pharma Executive.
-
Operate and clean dynamic pass boxes in visual inspection and packing areas.
-
Operate and clean labeling machines, autocartonator, online check weigher, track-and-trace systems, and Bopp taping machines with weighing balance.
-
Handle dispensing, checking, and receiving of packing materials from the warehouse as needed.

Label and pack products per BPR guidelines as Pharma Executive.

Ensure timely calibrations and validations in collaboration with EN and QA teams.
Quality and Documentation:

Handle QMS documents such as Change Control and Deviation reports.
-
Prepare Failure Investigation Reports for deviations, OOS, and non-conformances.
-
Ensure timely investigation closure to meet business needs.
-
Ensure CAPA compliance and timely closure as Pharma Executive.
-
Contribute to developing systems, practices, and a compliant culture aligned with GXP standards.
-
Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies through Quality Risk Management (QRM).
-
Provide support to functional teams during investigations.
-
Prepare and review SOPs and protocols as Pharma Executive.
-
Conduct gap analyses and initiate corrective actions for BMRs, BPRs, and SOPs.
-
Participate in regulatory and customer audits.
-
Prepare BMRs and BPRs.
-
Complete SOP and on-the-job trainings as per schedule.
