Associate Content Editor Job Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and well-written abstracts for patents in line with DWPI abstracting policies.
- Analyze patent documents thoroughly to extract key technical information such as uses, novel features, advantages, and descriptions.
- Write editorially enhanced summaries that help professionals across industries understand emerging technologies.
- Meet daily production and quality targets.
- Stay updated with current trends and technological advancements in your domain.
- Identify and fulfill training needs to improve domain knowledge.
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed.
Associate Content Editor Job – Candidate Profile:
Education: MSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biochemistry, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Up to 1 year of experience in scientific content editing or related roles is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Strong domain knowledge in pharmaceutical/biochemical sciences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with computers, internet tools, and good typing speed.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team setup.
