Job Title: Clinical Data Management / Technical officer

Role & responsibilities:
- Understand and perform clinical data management (CDM) validation activities.
- Participate in the design, review, and implementation process of electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF).
- Manage Clinical Data Management documentation, including Data Clarification Forms (DCF) and query resolution.
- Support teamwork and resource management, including training and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in overall project management for CDM deliverables, ensuring timelines are met for late-phase clinical trial projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical data.
- Maintain compliance with relevant clinical research and data management guidelines.
Key Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Clinical Data Management processes and data validation activities.
- Exposure to eCRF designing, review, and implementation.
- Understanding of CDM documentation and query management (Data Clarification Forms).
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effective coordination and reporting.
- Good teamwork and resource management abilities.
- Accountability and strong work ethic.
- Initiative to improve quality and contribute to training efforts.
- Ability to adapt and fit well within the organizational culture.
- Educational qualification: Postgraduate degree in Science or Pharmacy.
