The Institute for Stem Cell Science & Regenerative Medicine (www.instem.res.in), Bangalore is an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. BRIC-inStem’s mandate is to establish collaborative research programs in the field of stem cell biology, regeneration, and repair in development and disease, with an emphasis on translation. To develop strengths in focused areas, research at BRIC-inStem is driven through collaborative interdisciplinary teams, addressing questions that are beyond the scope of a single laboratory.
BRIC-inStem invites applications (in online mode) from eligible candidates for contractual position of following Scientific position in the laboratory of Prof. Praveen Kumar Vemula, inStem Bangalore. Ph.D. in Chemistry and three years of postdoctoral experience.
Job Description
Design and synthesis of small molecules for medicinal chemistry. Additionally, candidate should perform nucleic acid delivery and conduct preclinical animal experiments.
Tenure: Contractual appointment for 11 (Eleven) months, renewable based on requirement and review of progress and requirement of the Grant.
