Key Responsibilities
- Applies engineering principles in Mechanical, Materials or Metallurgical engineering discipline.
- Analysis of operating parameters, PFDs, PIDs, sampling and inspection reports.
- Capable of identifying damage mechanisms and corrosion loops.
- Develop and implement IOW/EROE health management dashboard.
- Monitoring and surveillance of integrity parameters to ensure reliable operations in Upstream/ Midstream/ Downstream.
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and addressing of the same at Chemical Management Team meetings and at Stewardship.
- Should be conversant with code applicability and material selection criteria.
- Knowledge on CR, RL, FFS & RBI
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: BE/ B Tech Chemical/ Petro Chemical Engineering/ Metallurgical Engineering
Work Experience:
- Familiarity with materials and damage/ corrosion mechanism with Industrial standard – API, NACE, ASME
- Good to have certification of qualification API 571, 580, NACE CP/CIP/ Corrosion Technologist
- Demonstrated organizational, coordination, planning, interface and technical judgment skills.
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
- Good leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English
