Avantor QC Job Description
The Officer – Quality Control is responsible for performing Quality Control activities at AQAL. This Quality Control role at Avantor includes timely reporting to SAP for result recording, sampling and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods, as well as maintaining GMP/ISO 9001 documentation and quality control of fine chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely reports to SAP for result recording.
- Fill and update all documents related to Quality Control.
- Ensure zero accidents in Quality operations.
- Achieve batch-wise timelines, quantity, and quality standards.
- Train and supervise the work of all operators in the department.
- Monitor waste generated during operations.
- Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team and guide other team members during emergencies.
- Maintain ISO 9001:2015, SAP, and other quality systems within the department.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control, including cGMP, ISO, and regulatory audits.
