Qualification Requirement:
- The qualification requirement for HAL Junior Executive Recruitment 2026 across the listed disciplines is a Regular / Full-Time Degree in Engineering / Technology acquired from the Universities / Institutes recognized by appropriate Statutory Authorities in India.
- Candidates must possess a Regular / Full Time Degree in Engineering / Technology acquired from Universities / Institutes recognized by appropriate Statutory Authorities in India under the 10+2+4 (10+3+3 in case of lateral entry to Engineering Courses) system.
Discipline Eligible Branch Chemical Chemical Engineering Candidates possessing a 5/6-year Integrated Degree in the relevant discipline and branch of Engineering are also eligible.
Qualifications obtained through Correspondence, Distance Education, Part Time or E-Learning modes are not eligible.
Minimum Aggregate Percentage of Marks
Category Minimum Marks UR / OBC-NCL / EWS 60% SC / ST / PwBD 50% The aggregate percentage will be calculated considering all semesters/years, without rounding off.
Age Criteria & Relaxations:
- Upper Age Limit: Not above 28 years as on 17 October 2026 for UR & EWS category candidates.
- Relaxations apply for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and PwBD candidates.
Tenure of the Engagement:
- The selected candidates will be engaged on a tenure basis for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of engagement. The employment can be terminated at any time during the period of short-term engagement by giving one month’s notice by either party.
Remuneration and Benefits:
Personnel engaged on short-term basis would be inducted in E0 Pay Scale (2017) of DPE (i.e. ₹30,000 – ₹120,000). They will be entitled to various allowances and benefits as applicable to regular officers.
