Quality Control Chemist Responsibilities
In this QC Chemist Vacancy, the chemist will be responsible for routine and non-routine GLP testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. The role involves utilizing techniques such as HPLC, GC, GC-HS, spectrophotometry, and titration to analyze and interpret results. The chemist will also maintain and calibrate lab equipment, manage GLP documentation, and assist with analytical method validation, internal audits, inspections, and quality investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and non-routine GLP testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Utilize HPLC, GC, GC-HS, spectrophotometry, and titration for analysis.
- Analyze and interpret test results accurately.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Prepare and manage GLP documentation, test reports, SOPs, and batch records.
- Assist with analytical method validation and internal audits.
- Support inspections and quality investigations as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc in Organic or Analytical Chemistry.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar industry.
