The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing reactions using flow chemistry techniques. They will operate and troubleshoot flow chemistry equipment, scale up processes from lab to larger scales, and maintain accurate records while preparing reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams while adhering to safety and GMP guidelines will also be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and optimize reactions using flow chemistry techniques.
- Operate and troubleshoot flow chemistry equipment.
- Scale up processes from lab to larger scale.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams and follow safety & GMP guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: M.Sc./Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of organic and synthetic chemistry.
- Hands-on experience in flow chemistry / continuous-flow synthesis.
- Understanding of reaction optimization and process parameters.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
