Job Description
In the SCG Process Engineer Job, the selected candidate will optimise SCG’s manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production parameters and maintain process stability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations.
- Lead efficiency and yield improvement projects.
- Support trials of new raw materials and process technologies.
- Standardise and document operating procedures.
- Contribute to sustainability projects focused on energy and resource reduction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
- 0–3 years of process engineering or manufacturing experience; new graduates are welcome.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical data.
- Familiarity with process modelling or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
