The Associate STEM Content Analyst will play a crucial role in the Chemistry team by extracting novel information from patents and enhancing it using DWPI codes. This M.Sc Chemistry position requires a strong foundation in chemistry, analytical skills, and a commitment to achieving production volume and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract the novel information from patents and value-add by using DWPI codes in line with editorial policies and conventions.
- Achieve production volume and quality targets.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach towards process change.
- Take responsibility for identifying technology training and developmental needs for oneself on an ongoing basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a M.Sc Chemistry/General Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry graduate.
- Can be a fresh graduate or have one to two years of experience in a related domain.
- Comprehensive knowledge of chemistry, including chemical nomenclature, reactions, formulae, inorganic chemistry, catalysts, additives, and their functions.
- Knowledge in chemical drawing packages, e.g., ISIS Draw.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of the novelty of the invention in patents.
