Job Description
As a quality intern at Momentive, the role involves assisting with supplier quality performance while maintaining quality standards. This includes supporting corrective and preventive actions, conducting root cause analysis of quality-related issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will also maintain and update quality documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Responsibilities
- Support in managing and monitoring supplier quality performance and maintaining quality standards.
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on their effective implementation.
- Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) of quality-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update quality documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Support quality-related activities, records, reports, and documentation as required.
- Use SAP for relevant quality processes, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Quality or a related field.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of QMS, RCA, CAPA, and SAP.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
