THSTI Bioanalyst Job Description

In this THSTI Bioanalyst Job, the Bioanalyst will support pharmacokinetic (PK) studies using LC-MS/MS-based analytical quantifications. The candidate will work collaboratively within a DMPK team to generate robust, high-quality bioanalytical data. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining the LC-MS/MS system, developing and validating methods, and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS systems.
• Develop, optimize, and validate LC-MS/MS methods for quantification of drugs and metabolites.
• Perform routine bioanalysis of clinical and preclinical PK study samples.
• Prepare and maintain reference standards and lab notebooks.
• Generate analytical summaries and bioanalytical study plans.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety and good documentation practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• At least two (2) years of post-qualification experience in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis.
