In these Jubilant Biosys jobs, the Research Scientist will be responsible for designing and executing multi-step organic synthesis reactions, developing and optimizing synthetic routes for targeted compounds, and characterizing organic molecules using various spectroscopic techniques such as NMR, IR, and MS. The role also involves analyzing and interpreting research data while maintaining accurate laboratory records, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis reactions
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes for targeted compounds
- Characterize organic molecules using spectroscopic techniques (NMR, IR, MS, etc.)
- Analyze and interpret research data, maintaining accurate laboratory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Stay informed about the latest developments in organic chemistry through literature review
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on synthetic challenges
- Prepare scientific reports, presentations, and publications
- Contribute to intellectual property development and follow IPR guidelines
Experience: PhD (fresher)/1-2 Years of Post Doc/Industry experience
Qualification: PhD (Organic Chemistry/ Medicinal Chemistry)
