Job Details: Quality Control Jobs
These Quality Control Jobs involve conducting analysis of various samples as assigned, ensuring documentation accuracy, reviewing analytical records and raw data, performing instrument calibration, and adhering to laboratory safety procedures. The selected candidate will also be responsible for LIMS and SAP-related activities and ensuring that analytical work complies with established procedures and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of IP/FP/Stability/PV samples as allotted by the Group leader.
- Responsible for LIMS & SAP related activities.
- Ensure that the documentation is online and error-free.
- Review analytical records and raw data against Specification and STP.
- Ensure the correctness of the document before submitting it to AQA.
- Ensure that only calibrated instruments/equipment are used for analysis.
- Ensure that only valid reference standards are used for analysis.
- Ensure that SOP/STP/reference standards are placed at their designated place after completion of the analysis.
- Ensure that instruments/equipment are used with utmost care and as instructed in the relevant SOP.
- Ensure that instruments/equipment are cleaned before and after analysis.
- Follow all safety precautions and procedures while conducting analysis.
- Report discrepancies in procedures/products to the group leader in time.
- Report incidents/OOS/OOT in time to the Team Leader/Section Head.
- Any other responsibility assigned by Team Leader/Section Head.
- Responsible for Lab Safety.
- Ensure to use the proper PPE at the workplace.
- Charge and withdraw the stability sample as per interval.
- Review the stability protocol.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned training.
- Execute sample through LIMS.
- Can perform calibration of analytical instruments i.e. HPLC, GC, Dissolution etc.
