Job Description
The IIT Guwahati Research Associate will be involved in the project titled “Elucidating the Mechanism of Liquid-Liquid Phase Separation and Subsequent Fibrillization in Intrinsically Disordered Proteins Through Advanced Computational Method Development.” The candidate will be expected to utilise advanced computational methods to explore the dynamics of protein behaviour and contribute to the research objectives of the project.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: PhD in Computational Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biophysics, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience: Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations and enhanced sampling.
- Desirable: Experience in protein/peptide simulations, coarse-grained/all-atom MD, and enhanced sampling.
- Good knowledge of GROMACS or other biomolecular simulation packages.
