Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer requests related to product regulatory inquiries.
- Complete customer questionnaires and coordinate responses with regional and global Product Regulatory and Quality team members.
- Additionally, work closely with internal and external customers to communicate the status of requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer questionnaires and provide accurate and appropriate responses.
- Moreover, take ownership of assigned requests, proactively following up on each case to ensure completion in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Furthermore, develop an understanding of customer regulatory requirements in both industrial and consumer product environments.
- In addition, maintain accurate records of customer requests and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory information is current, consistent, and compliant with customer requirements.

Ashland Analyst Jobs: Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Regulatory functions within the chemical industry.
- Experience with pharmaceutical-grade products and knowledge of solvent-based chemistry is preferred.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Additional Asian or European language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work with global teams and support activities across European and U.S. business hours as required.
