Job Description
The QC Testing Officer will be responsible for executing routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and verification activities of QC instruments as per approved SOPs. The role includes performing analysis and supporting the timely release of raw materials, intermediates, and packing materials as per approved specifications. Compliance with GLP, safety practices, and laboratory housekeeping requirements is essential. Additional responsibilities include executing stability sample charging, withdrawal, testing, and documentation as per approved stability protocols, supporting investigations of deviations, OOS, OOAL, and laboratory incidents, and assisting in the implementation of CAPA. The officer will also prepare, revise, and follow QC-related SOPs, test methods, and specifications, ensuring compliance in routine work. Audit trail checks and adherence to data integrity requirements for computerized systems are critical, along with entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate analytical data and sample status in LIMS. Participation in training programs and supporting knowledge sharing within the QC team are also expected.
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm in Chemistry or related discipline preferred.
- Experience in QC testing and compliance with GLP and LIMS.
