The Freshers Walk-in will be conducted on 29th August 2026 (Saturday), from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. The job location is Kurkumbh, Maharashtra, and the venue is Cipla Ltd., D-22 (Unit-III), MIDC, Kurkumbh, Tal: Daund, Dist: Pune – 413 802. Candidates looking for Cipla carrers and Chemistry Jobs can explore the Operator Production-API and Officer Production-API opportunities based on their qualifications and relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, etc., involved in the production of APIs.
- Carry out manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Handle raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per procedures.
- Report any abnormalities, deviations, or breakdowns to the shift in-charge.
- Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma in Chemical or B.Sc in Chemistry
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience for Operator Production; 2 to 6 years for Officer Production
Required Skills
- Exposure in unit operations and unit processes in API manufacturing.
- Ability to operate and monitor various equipment used in API manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cGMP norms and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
- Strong communication and coordination skills with QA, QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
