Job Overview:

This Associate Chemist Job is a full-time position based in Manesar, India, with job requisition ID R21900. The selected candidate will work in the Wear Resistance Coating (WRC)-Functional Chrome (FC) team and report to the Team Manager, WRC-FC. The role involves supporting product development, testing, qualification, troubleshooting, process optimization, and scale-up trials. Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of WBS, DoEs, and independent planning of assigned tasks with technical guidance and supervision.
  • Perform and execute assigned tasks and DoE towards project completion in a timely and qualitative manner.
  • Spend over 80% of the time working hands-on in the lab and on the pilot line.
  • Develop and modify product formulations as per business requirements.
  • Conduct testing and qualification of new and existing products, ensuring completion within stipulated timelines.
  • Execute scale-up trials on the pilot line and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other team members in a laboratory environment.
