Job Description
In this QA role, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished goods through rigorous inspection and testing. This role involves calibrating and
maintaining testing instruments, analysing customer complaints, conducting audits, and adhering to quality management systems. The selected candidate will also participate in initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, delivery, cost, safety, and environmental standards.Responsibilities
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct timely inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Calibration & Maintenance: Calibrate and conduct preventive maintenance of reference/master samples and testing instruments as per guidelines.
- Customer Complaint Analysis: Conduct quick analysis of complaints received from the market and respond in a timely manner.
- Audit: Carry out audits as per defined schedule and guidelines; perform closure of gaps as per agreed timelines.
- System Adherence: Adhere to APQS (QMS, SMS & EMS); raise design change requests and conduct self-assessments.
- Improvement: Participate in initiatives pertaining to productivity, quality, delivery, cost, safety, and environmental improvement.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Participate in manufacturing excellence initiatives.
- BBS: Participate in behaviour-based safety programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Less than 26 years
- Qualification: Candidate should have a BSc in Chemistry or an MSc in Chemistry.
- Experience: 1 – 3 years of job experience.
