Role Accountabilities:
- Experience in Extractables/Leachables screening studies using LCMS/MS, GCMS & LC-HRMS.
- Data interpretation and identification of unknown Extractable/Leachable using LC-HRMS.
- Preparation of test procedures, development reports, technical reports, validation protocols, and reports.
- Qualification, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
- Conduct investigations in case of deviations, OOT, OOC & OOS.
- Ensure instruments comply with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, wherever applicable.
- Preparation and review of SOPs, IOPs, and EOPs, providing training as needed.
- Knowledge of CGMP, ICH, USP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Compliance with GMP, data integrity, and EHSS practices.
