Job Overview:
Immuneel Therapeutics is hiring an Analyst – Lab Operations for its Facilities & Operations – Tech Operations function in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The individual contributor will support core Facilities & Operations activities involving cell and gene therapies and lentivirus, including CAR T manufacturing
, GMP documentation, GMP equipment oversight, and QMS compliance. These Lab Operations Jobs involve maintaining laboratory infrastructure, coordinating equipment activities, supporting R&D operations, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring efficient execution of facility activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for all labs.
- Maintain infrastructure for successful manufacturing of commercial and clinical batches.
- Oversee functioning and maintenance of common and lab-related spaces.
- Coordinate with utility vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Manage the Tech-Ops for the maintenance of GMP manufacturing suites and R&D Labs.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste.
- Drive R&D lab equipment procurement, maintenance, and management.
- Lead CAPA, deviation responses, and investigations for infra-related issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / Associate / Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology, Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
- Preferred 3-4 years’ experience in a GMP environment and related disciplines.
