Job Description:
The junior officer will be responsible for executing shift packing activities, managing available resources, and minimizing machine stoppages to achieve shift targets. The role involves reviewing documentation related to packing activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the officer will maintain system integrity, prepare
manufacturing records, and monitor adherence to safety guidelines, contributing to a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Execute shift packing activity by managing available resources and reducing micro stoppage of machines to achieve shift targets.
- Review documentation related to packing activities and monitor standard packing parameters as per BPR to meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain online documentation and timely entries in BPR and supporting documents by operating SAP and CipDox.
- Monitor adherence to safety guidelines during packing activities to create a safe working environment.
- Provide training to staff and workmen for packing activities and safety procedures.
- Suggest process simplifications to reduce cycle time and achieve new targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety training targets by reconciling attendance records monthly.
- Identify complexities and propose areas for process simplification.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B. Sc. (Chemistry)
- 1-5 years of experience in packing, with knowledge of handling QMS activities and related documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of cGMP and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to enhance productivity.
- Familiarity with SAP and other documentation systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail in monitoring processes.
