Job Description
The Senior Executive Quality role at Diageo involves executing the Quality Strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of Quality Standards across manufacturing units. This position is critical in providing expert guidance to Unit Quality teams, enhancing overall quality performance, and leading initiatives that
drive quality improvements. The successful candidate will engage in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues, ensuring compliance with Food Safety Management Systems.Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Quality Strategy and implement Quality Standards in collaboration with Unit QA and Head Office QA teams.
- Provide guidance to Unit Quality teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues.
- Develop the capability of Unit Quality teams through training and coaching.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Standards, systems, and procedures.
- Conduct Quality Control and Assurance audits across manufacturing units.
- Implement and maintain Food Safety Management Systems.
- Support innovation projects, including start-up and validation activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry.
- B.Tech/BE/M.Tech in Food Technology.
- 3-5 years of experience in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering from FMCG & Beverage sectors.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
