Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Quality Strategy and implement Quality Standards in collaboration with Unit QA and Head Office QA teams.
- Provide guidance and support to Unit Quality teams in driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality-related issues.
- Develop and strengthen the capability of Unit Quality teams through training and coaching.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Standards and procedures across manufacturing units.
- Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance audits to assess compliance.
- Implement and maintain Food Safety Management Systems in accordance with FSSC requirements.
- Support innovation and renovation projects, including start-up and validation activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc/MSc in Chemistry.
- 3-5 years of experience in food technology or chemical engineering, preferably from FMCG and Beverage sectors.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in quality management systems and standards.
